So what does it mean to be e-Wise? At Mint, we're not only planting the seed for a more circular future, we're on a mission to cultivate change. The only thing is, we can't do it alone. Lets work together to grow this momentum and help to restore our planet.

Here's the challenge

We're consuming electronics faster than our planet can keep up with.

E-waste is the fastest growing waste stream, but less than 25% is recycled.

This waste, when exported or sent to landfills, can quickly become harmful if it leaches into waterways or soils.

Or if it's burned to recover any remaining value, it could cause health issues for those involved in the process.

Traditional extraction or recycling methods are extremely energy intensive and contribute to rising temperatures of our planet.

But we can all play our part to help

We all have that drawer at home filled with old electronics that we are not quite sure how to part with. We often store our electronic waste because we are unsure of where to take it, and perhaps because it can be difficult to let go of items that we have invested in.

We want to help our communities by providing guidance on e-waste collectors we work with, ensuring that your waste is transformed into something valuable for future use.
