Mint Innovation Continues to Build Momentum in the U.S. with New Executive Hire

Mint Innovation, clean technology company specializing in the sustainable recovery critical and strategic metals from e-waste announces the appointment of Matt Bedingfield as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Strategy and Growth – marking the company’s second executive hire in the United States, expanding the domestic team to five members and signaling further growth.  

With his proven track record in achieving transformative business outcomes, Bedingfield will lead Mint’s commercial and financial strategy, spearheading continued global market expansion and long-term vision of becoming a world leader in sustainable onshore critical metal production.

Bedingfield’s most recent positions include President, WNA Recycling at Wieland Group – a German copper manufacturer with an over 200-year legacy - and Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at Tri-Arrows Aluminum.
